Stormwater pollution has become a major concern both locally and on a national level. Ultra-DrainGuards remove waste from stormwater before it can become a problem in the water system.
Available in four Models:
Oil & Sediment Model: Contains a replaceable oil-absorbent pillow that removes oil and grease from water fl ow as it passes through the drainguard.
Oil & Sediment Plus Model: Removes dirt, sand and other sediment from stormwater. Ideal for construction site sediment control.
Trash & Debris Model: Designed specifi cally to catch larger items such as cigarette butts, candy wrappers and paper goods.
New heavy metals model: A custom blend of heavy metal removal media is contained in each section (pouch). A non-permeable, PVC skirt at the top of the unit funnels all water to the lower portion of the Ultra-Drain Guard where it is forced to move through the media before it can move on into the storm drain. This BMP removes hydrocarbons, heavy metals, sediments and other organics from stormwater and industrial runoff.
