Bevelled Edge Ramp System for the 550 Cushion Ease Floor Matting
For use with the 550 Cushion Ease Matting M.D. Ramps come in two styles, Male and Female. The Male ramps have tabs protruding along the edge that insert into the holes on the underside of the mat. The Female ramps are the opposite, they have holes along the edge that accept the male tabs which protrude from the mat (see photo to the left). All have mitered “framed” corners or continuous lengths. A key design feature to these ramps is the tab (patent pending) that comes out of the mitered end of the ramp. This provides a firmer, mechanical connection to the corners. When ramps are used in long custom mats, and the miter is cut off, the tab can still be used as a connector for each of these joints.
